A great company. Honest, prompt and reasonable. Al came out the first time, resolved the problem, even fixed our wires and didn't charge us anything because the issue was with our main breaker in the fuse box. He came back out for our annual inspection and he was amazing again. Make sure to ask for Al!!!

We’ve had nothing but great experiences with Arctic Wolf Air. Last year our capacitor went out and they were quick to respond with a repair during the middle of a heatwave. I have had a really great experience with Artic Wolf. They serviced my super old unit in the past and this year replaced the unit and entire system. For the first time in a long time I felt like I worked with an honest, straightforward company- easy to communicate with, answered my endless questions, listened to my concerns. Last year, Artic Wolf was able to service my old unit the day I called. This year it was time to replace and after researching, I know I got the best deal not to mention how quickly they were able to schedule and complete the new install. I've never seen a crew hustle so fast. They even repaired some venting/air flow issue I didn't even even know I had (I saw the before and after photos, yikes). I wholeheartedly will recommend Artic Wolf to my friends and family.

The way ALL companies should be ran. Was in an emergency surgery situation. The air was out when I got home. One call and in the same day it was repaired! Very professional service. Alex (the owner) knows exactly what he’s doing and takes care of business the way a business should! I never do these types of referrals, But Artic Wolf Air is a one stop shop.
