I have had a really great experience with Artic Wolf. They serviced my super old unit in the past and this year replaced the unit and entire system. For the first time in a long time I felt like I worked with an honest, straightforward company- easy to communicate with, answered my endless questions, listened to my concerns. Last year, Artic Wolf was able to service my old unit the day I called. This year it was time to replace and after researching, I know I got the best deal not to mention how quickly they were able to schedule and complete the new install. I’ve never seen a crew hustle so fast. They even repaired some venting/air flow issue I didn’t even even know I had (I saw the before and after photos, yikes).
